Beam Storage Table
This project required a customised table / bench to store lifting beams off the ground to keep them clean and away from harm. This storage was highlighted as an essential part of a LEAN improvement for a high-risk work environment.
Stillage
The main requirements for this bespoke stillage included designing in forklift truck pockets so the equipment was easy to move around the warehouse. The stillage was designed to store expensive technical equipment, which was previously stacked inside each other. This stillage prevented the stacking and also ensured the equipment didn’t protrude or present a danger to team members.
Die stillage
For this project a bespoke storage solution was required to hold a range of extrusion dies that had forklift truck pockets so the stillage could be mobile within the workplace.
