This month Apexis Engineering are finalising the build of two bespoke machines for a client we’ve worked with for a long time.
For this project we’ve deployed the concept to completion service offering and next month we’ll be installing the machines onto the production line having had a trial here at Unit 5.
As the person whose designed the machines there’s no one better to assemble and support the installation of them than Craig. And for this project that’s been in evidence as the machines have gone together brilliantly.

There’s only one thing better than the delivery of components for the assembly part of the project and that’s putting the finished item back on a lorry to be delivered.
Site visits
If you’re following our company page on LinkedIn OR you’ve invited us onto your site for a visit you’ll probably realise that we’re big fans of site visits.
One thing AI can’t replicate is our ability to:
- Listen to your machinery
- Talk to your operators (and listen to them too!)
- Measure up an area / machine / production line
- Come up with some good solutions for your challenges
- Put together a bespoke machine that will perform perfectly
Both Seleena and Craig treat a site visit as a privilege and always want to get the most out of being onsite as it makes for a great project kick off when that’s where we start.
UK Manufacturing sector news
It’s great to see the stats for the sector showing that we’re the 11th largest manufacturing nation in the world (shame we dropped from the top 10 in 2024!).
With the sector delivering a great start to 2026 and those key indicators showing good growth in output and new orders it’s the rise in business confidence manufacturers deserve.
We hope things are doing well within your manufacturing facility this year.
